Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate the needs of our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile sauna service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule without any additional charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
